Journey Lead 80-100% (m/w/d)

About the role

• Responsible for the end-to-end development and continuous optimization of health journeys
• Define and execute journey vision and strategy based on insights (from D&A), challenges and needs of people living with specific diseases/conditions which includes the consumer experience and partnership integrations needed to achieve aligned KPIs
• Work with ecosystem growth team to align journey partner roadmap, best integration and manage budget
• Vouch for people living with specific chronic diseases/conditions, own insights, understand behavior (via research) and translate insights to actions that address current health journey barriers.
• Lead experts across functions (ecosystem growth, campaign & content, performance marketing, product & tech, journey data analyst, legal, local organization) to improve the journey and positively impact key KPIs (conversion, engagement, time spent on site, reduction of drop-offs etc.)
• Direct management of a Project Manager to support on the coordination for the multi-functional team
• Lead journey inter-company communication & developments to optimize conversions and revenue (with respective teams)
• Track journey performance against KPIs and own reporting of the journey and its journey storytelling internally and externally
• Monitor health journey/people experiences to continuously improve the individual health journey and its impact for better outcomes
• Foster Zur Rose Group's culture and principles, while setting new standards in people experience, executional and executional excellence

Qualifications

• University degree in related field (Business and/or Digital), MBA or master's degree preferred
• Very good understanding of the Healthcare environment, top diseases and behavior of people living with chronic conditions, digital health landscape, regulations across Europe, knowledge of the German market a plus
• Fluency in English (spoken & written), German as a plus
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience including experience in crafting digital user journeys, developing and implementing people experiences across platforms and achieving strong business results
• 3-5 years experience and proven experience in leading and managing multi-functional teams to deliver strategic projects and business results
• Ability to influence without authority, empathic, team-oriented with a business impact-oriented personality.
• Action focused, making things happen - exhibit a strong will to win and drive change
• Hands-on mentality and excellent presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills; the ability to communicate complex interaction concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying functions within of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

Work experience in driving people insights, journey development and people centered goals across to help shape overall journey strategy.
Experience in working with market insights, strategic consulting, experience design and/or healthcare branding and marketing agencies
Experience in conducting market research interviews / focus groups with patients and healthcare professionals
Experience working on people health journeys & experience from inception to in-market execution
Experience in leading multi-functional agile teams
Experience in working across multiple countries and cross-cultural experience and effectiveness in working across organizational boundaries to define, manage and prioritize work
Digital experience and experience in working with start-ups, big tech, pharma, medtech and other type of partners in realizing digital solutions at speed, scale and impact
